Receiving support for the Book & Park platform is easy by creating a ticket on our support portal. This goes in the following way:
Ticket system
For support we have set up a Freshdesk ticket system. Use this system for standard support.
- Go to https://freshdesk.bookandpark.nl
- Create an account
- Submit a ticket.
Indicate as well as possible what your request is, advice, configuration, research, elaboration of a feature request, etc. and whether certain preconditions for execution apply;
If you are logged in, you can also find the most recent manual.
E-mail address
Indien je geen toegang hebt tot het ticketsysteem kun je altijd een email sturen naar het support mailadres. Er wordt dan automatisch een ticket aangemaakt. Gebruik hiervoor servicedesk@bookandpark.nl.
